Sales Promotion of the chain´s loyalty program

sales promotion Client:

Promotion of the new loyalty programme through 500 promoters in 70 branches of the chain across Slovakia during 42 days. The primary role of the promoter was to assist customers with the activation of the digital card on their mobile phone and the registration of the physical card on the tablet. Provision of 7 regional managers who were accompanied by our platform ORCHESTRA, through which a customer survey was also conducted on 6 topics.
