Mertel was founded in 2005 as a boutique event agency for clients who don't see events, ATL, BTL, social and digital as separate fields, but as ingredients that create a perfect dish together. All you need is an experienced chef.

It's this belief that helped us grow the agency into a franchising network of boutique offices that are able to combine the best concepts from individual markets with internationally tested processes.

We apply this approach to all our events – from small, well planned occasions to strategic activities like the introduction of CHANEL's updated iconic No. 5 perfume, ERSTE BANK GROUP's international Erste talent bridge events or the stunning national exposition of Slovakia at the 2017 WORLD EXPO in Astana.

By founding the agency in 2005, we began making a mark to the history of the event scene in Slovakia. At first, we were a small team, but with big ambitions.

We were led by the philosophy EVENTS CHANGE HISTORY from the very beginning. And by producing events that change the history of our clients' brands we fulfill it to this day. It's why the concept of a boutique agency, within an international network under the Mertel brand, has been successful in Slovakia already for 14 years.
