Integrated Management System Policy

MERTEL RG SLOVENSKÁ REPUBLIKA, s. r. o., Mertel RG Česká republika, spol. s r.o., and Mertel RG Events GmbH, focusing on marketing communication, promotional activities and the organisation and management of events, various social events and happenings, educational activities and consulting activities which are offered through their people and the experience gained, provide every customer with an unforgettable experience, marketing and communication solutions through carrying out events or other activities, the creation of a campaign and communication solutions according to the needs and requirements of the customer. The vision of this network of companies is to be part of the 5 largest advertising and marketing agencies in Central and Eastern Europe and to give the customer the absolute comfort of having their request handled with one e-mail or one phone call. Through digitalisation and the Orchestra project, the companies want to share and unite various artists, no matter where they are or where they come from – everyone has a chance. In line with their vision and mission, the companies also constantly strive to satisfy the needs of both new and long-standing customers, taking into account the specific requirements of each particular customer, based on the high level of knowledge and experience of the companies’ employees and maintaining them at a top global level. The aim is to continuously increase the efficiency and quality of the services provided, the quality system and the development of the companies’ internal processes and their efficiency to improve the ability to respond to market developments and the changing environment.

Quality Management System (QMS) Policy

In order to meet the commitments declared by the companies in the area of quality assurance, the Mertel group companies have implemented measures ensuring the fulfilment of the expectations of customers using the services of the companies. We consider our customers’ satisfaction and loyalty to be fundamental to the successful development of our business, so we provide services that help fulfil the needs and expectations of our customers. We support an atmosphere of open communication and make full use of and develop the creative potential of our staff as well as artists around the world, which has contributed to the high quality of our services. By managing and monitoring the key processes, the company ensures that our services maintain the consistently high level of quality that our customers expect. We focus our efforts especially where we can influence the quality of our services, thus avoiding inefficient cost increases and the loss of customer satisfaction. We are actively looking for opportunities for improvement, using them flexibly and promptly and incorporating changes into our services to increase their value.

Environmental Management System (EMS) Policy

The Mertel group companies have introduced an environmental management system according to ISO 14001, which we are committed to continuously improving in the area of the environment, thus contributing to its preservation for future generations.

Being aware of our environmental responsibility, we abide by the following principles:
• The operations of our companies comply with environmental legal standards, regulations and other requirements that we have committed ourselves to meet.
• In the area of environmental care, we apply preventive measures, leading to the continuous improvement of the environment.
• We minimise environmental pollution by adopting and implementing environmental objectives and programmes.
• We systematically raise all our employees’ awareness of best practices and principles for environmental protection.
• We communicate with the state administration, the self-governments and all stakeholders and exchange experience in the environmental area.

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management System Policy

By introducing an OHS management system according to OHSAS 18001, through which we are committed to constantly improving in this area, we want to contribute to reducing hazards at work and improving occupational safety at all our workplaces.

Being aware of our responsibility for the protection of human health and life, we abide by the following principles:
• The operations of our companies comply with all legal and other requirements in the OHS area.
• We prefer prevention in all managerial decisions to eliminate occupational injuries and reduce the scope of hazards at work.
• We guarantee the priority of sustainable development and are constantly raising awareness among the managed persons in order to improve health protection at work, as we consider safety an integral part of our business activities.

Information Security Management System (ISMS) Policy

One of the main goals of the companies is to safeguard information security by implementing appropriate measures that protect information assets so as to provide a reasonable degree of security to our customers and partners. This goal is being accomplished by building, implementing, operating, controlling, maintaining and continuously improving the documented information security management system in the context of business activities and company risks. The basis for managing information security within the companies are legal regulations, standards and recommendations that have to be respected in the process of managing information security. The term “information security” is understood by us as the process of ensuring the protection of information at the necessary level in terms of its confidentiality, integrity and availability. In order to accomplish our business goals and activities or meet the legislative requirements, we create, process and maintain information of a different nature that requires that its security be ensured.
The Integrated Management System Policy is binding for all employees of MERTEL RG SLOVENSKÁ REPUBLIKA, s. r. o., Mertel RG Česká republika, spol. s r.o., and Mertel RG Events GmbH, who have been made familiar with it, and applies to the core business activities and services of MERTEL RG SLOVENSKÁ REPUBLIKA, s. r. o., Mertel RG Česká republika, spol. s r.o., and Mertel RG Events GmbH.
